SL-ECO Kayaks exists to grow Sri Lankan tourism. We believe this paradise has far more to offer than the routes most visitors are shown, and we want to open up one of the places they've been missing. By bringing travellers to Thoduwawa, we support local businesses, create work for local people, and help build this coast into a destination Sri Lanka can be proud of.

We believe some of Sri Lanka's most memorable experiences are found away from the busy tourist paths. Our kayaking journeys invite you to move gently through the beautiful waterways around Karambalana Oya, The southern part of chilaw lagoon, Mangrove habitat and the Thoduwawa estuary. From calm waterways and the historic Dutch Canal to the open coastal Chilaw lagoon, every paddle offers a different view of the region.
